Q. How can I make changes to my order ?
A. If you want to make any changes to your order, email us or call us at +34 952 853 123 Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. Most orders are transmitted immediately to our warehouse where it is processed very quickly, However if the order has been submitted to the manufacturer and the goods are in production, we are bounded by law to accept them. A cancellation fee may have to be charged to cover our costs.
Q. Can I order by Telephone ?
A. Ordering online is quick and easy but you can order by phone if you would prefer. Simply contact our any of our customer services team, Monday to Friday 10am to7pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. (Refer about us for contact details).
Q. Will I receive an Order confirmation ?
A. Once your order is completed, you will automatically be sent within 48 hours an Ă‚Â¨Order ConfirmationĂ‚Â¨ email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt, so donÂ´t delete it ! We encourage you to review the order and advice us on ony spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.
Q. Can I just pay a deposit ?
A. Deposits can only be accepted on items purchased within our showrooms.
Q. What are your store opening hours ?
A. Our stores are open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. (Except for National Holidays)
Q. Can you take my old furniture away ?
A. This can be arranged, however we usually charge a small fee for this service, depending on the quantity involved. Please request this service at the time of placing your order.
Q. Can I request swatches before I purchase ?
A. Yes, On request we are able to post you Leather Sofa swatches free of charge. Please contact us by phone at +34 952 853 123 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please state the colour/s you wish to receive. You will be contacted by a member of our customer services team to confirm the postal details.
Q. What happens if the items I have purchased do not fit ?
A. When ordering furniture it is important to check the dimensions correctly, making sure it will fit into your home and the desired area. Most of our furniture comes in flatpack. In any cases, you choose to have it assembled, it is very important to check all entrances and stairways the furniture has to pass through. If the worst happens and there is no way it will fit, we will do our utmost to come up with an alternative. If you have any doubts whatsoever regarding dimensions, please donÂ´t hesitate to contact us.
Q. Can I collect my furniture from the showrooms ?
A. Yes. Please state the store from which you wish to collect your order, on the receipt of your goods the selected store will contact you tp advise collection times.
Q. Do you assemble the furniture ?
A. For easy and safe transportation the majority of our furniture items are packed and boxed for home assembly, however we are able to offer an assembly service, for a small charge of 10% per item price. The furniture is assembled within our warehouse prior to being despatched for delivery. This service must be requested when placing your order. We remind you to take note of the dimensions of larger items and the access within your home.
Q. Can I cancel my order ?
A. Sorry but we cannot accept cancellations on any orders after you submit it for processing.

Q. How long time it takes to deliver my furniture ?
A. Items from stock are dispatched within 24 hours within the Malaga region unless otherwise requested. For items that are on order you will be contacted and informed of the estimated order time and delivery dates.
Q. How much is the delivery charge ?
A. To calculate delivery fees, add the items to your cart and go to checkout. Once you have filled in the required information click on "Calculate Shipping" the fee will show that applies to your order.
