1. Set your furniture priorities.

Before decorating a room, buying a single piece of furniture or furnishing an entire house, determine what type of furniture your room can support and set a budget. With such a wide range of furniture styles available it helps to have a clear idea of what styles you prefer. Take time to browse our products.

2. Plan your room layout and furniture needs.

With a room layout you can narrow your furniture search to certain size and depth. Start by taking measurements and sketch a detailed layout of the room you are furnishing.Our product information includes the dimensions for each item of furniture enabling you to plan carefully before you purchase. If in doubt please contact us and we will be happy to assist with any further measurements or information you may need on any products.

3. Matching with existing furniture.

If the furniture you wish to purchase must closely match that of an existing item of furniture that you own we advise not to rely entirely on the colours that appear on your computer screen since photographs can sometimes experience tonal variations. Please contact us and where possible we will send you an accurate colour sample by post. Alternatively you can visit any of our three showrooms where you will find all of our furniture ranges on display.

4. Finalizing your order/purchase.

Once you are ready to purchase your selected items it is important to be confident that you are ordering what you want. All orders received are processed very quickly therefore there is a limited time in which any alterations can be made. In the event that you wish to order a product that is not available in stock or would like a different colour please contact us you will be advised on product availability and ordering times.

5. Receiving your goods.

On the day of receiving your delivery we advise that the access areas are cleared of any obstacles. If you are not sure of package sizing please contact us prior to the confirmed delivery date. When your furniture is delivered please report any defects immediately to the driver. You will then be contacted by member of our customer services department.
